Do You Feel Lost at Sea…
Living with Long COVID or ME/CFS can feel isolating, confusing, and hard to explain to others.
You may still be navigating medical appointments, testing, or different medications or modalities — while also carrying the emotional weight of uncertainty, loss of routine, and changes to your quality of life. Free groups and online advice can feel overwhelming or conflicting, and purely mind–body spaces may not reflect the full physical reality you’re living with.
One-to-one coaching can feel like too big a step right now. But doing this completely on your own doesn’t feel right either.
You’re not looking for dramatic promises or quick fixes. You’re looking for understanding, steady guidance, and a space that respects the whole picture — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
A Safe Community — With a Difference
This is a calm, intentionally moderated space grounded in a holistic approach to recovery.
The community recognises that Long COVID and ME/CFS affect the whole person—physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual well-being. Members may be navigating medical treatment, testing, or ongoing physical challenges, alongside the mental and emotional impact of long-term illness.
This is a solution-focused group that celebrates openness and curiosity.
It is not a venting group, a fear-based space, or a purely mind–body approach. Instead, it’s a supportive environment that honours the alignment of body, mind, and spirit, with clear boundaries that protect the group's energy and safety.
Added Expert Guidance
The group is guided by an experienced Long COVID and ME/CFS recovery coach who works from a holistic perspective.
Alongside community support, you’ll receive gentle structure through shared insights, prompts, and guidance that acknowledge physical realities, mental well-being, and quality-of-life considerations. This is not medical advice, and it’s not one-to-one coaching — but it is informed, grounded guidance that honours your individual journey.
Hi, I’m Felicity Read. I’m a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, a Wellness Code Practitioner, and a Prekure Health Coach.
My own experience living with ME/CFS has shaped how I support others living with Long COVID, ME/CFS, and related illnesses. I offer informed, holistic guidance that honours the complexity of these conditions, with a focus on improving quality of life, supporting the mind–body–spirit connection, and helping people navigate their own individual path forward.
The Bridge Between Free Content and 1:1 Coaching
Free content can be helpful for learning and awareness. One-to-one coaching offers deep, personalised support.
This community sits intentionally in between.
It’s a place to feel supported, to learn, and to feel safe — without the pressure or cost of private coaching, and without being left to navigate your journey alone.

FAQ
-
Long Covid refers to symptoms that continue — or appear — weeks or months after an initial COVID-19 infection.
People experience Long Covid in different ways. Common symptoms may include persistent fatigue, shortness of breath, cognitive difficulties (often called “brain fog”), pain, and reduced stamina. For many, these symptoms affect daily life, work, relationships, and overall quality of life.
The underlying causes are still being investigated, and recovery is not linear. Support often involves addressing physical symptoms while also tending to emotional well-being and day-to-day living.
-
ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) is a complex, long-term condition that affects the body’s ability to sustain energy.
It is commonly associated with profound fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest, along with symptoms such as unrefreshing sleep, pain, cognitive difficulties, and increased symptoms after physical or mental exertion.
ME/CFS can significantly impact quality of life and independence. Management often focuses on careful pacing, symptom awareness, and supportive strategies that honour both physical limits and overall well-being.
